All custom made note cards listed measure 4 x 5.5 folded and come in sets of 25.  Every note card can be changed to have whatever wording you want on the front  - Thank You, Your Name, Initials, etc.    Please contact me and I will email a proof of what your product would look like, free of charge!  In addition, invitations on the other pages on this website can have matching Note Cards made as well.
